About Us

UTS is a trusted partner in building resilient, future-ready infrastructure. We specialize in utility design and master planning, supporting critical sectors including gas and electric distribution, telecommunications, transit, mining, and new residential and commercial developments.

Our work goes beyond design and engineering. We place boots on the ground, delivering solutions in the toughest environments, from dense urban corridors to remote northern communities. Safety is at the heart of every project, protecting our people, clients, and communities while work moves forward efficiently. No terrain is too challenging, no climate too extreme. We meet projects where they are and work closely with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that reflect what clients actually need.

Through streamlined processes, efficient permitting strategies, and a strong focus on automation, we help accelerate project timelines and support the transition toward electrification. Our asset management programs help clients do more with less: maximizing performance, reliability, and long-term value.

Driven by technical excellence and a commitment to execution, UTS delivers the infrastructure communities depend on, today, and for generations to come. Our collaborative approach means every project benefits from integrated expertise and open communication.
